- The Business plan is €99/mo and includes 5 team members at no extra cost. Additional members are €15/mo each — so a team of 8 pays €99 + 3 × €15 = €144/mo. You only pay for seats beyond the included 5, and you can remove members at any time.
- Voting can be anonymous or require email verification — you choose per project. Votes are tracked per customer so you always know who requested what, and you can weight requests by customer segment to prioritise with clarity.
- Featurely is built for indie developers and small teams who need a lightweight, affordable alternative. The Hobby plan is genuinely free with no trial expiry. Unlike Canny or Productboard, you also get error tracking, uptime monitoring, feature flags, and a developer SDK in one place — no need to stitch together five tools.
- You can manually add your existing items directly in the dashboard. CSV import and integrations are on our roadmap.
- Featurely runs on Vercel (global edge network) with a Neon PostgreSQL database hosted in the EU. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Your data is stored in EU regions to comply with GDPR requirements.
- Featurely is designed mobile-first, so teams can capture feedback on phones, tablets, or desktop — no extra install required.
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing tab in Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you downgrade, you keep your current plan until the end of the billing period.
- Your data remains intact if you cancel or downgrade — we do not automatically delete it. If you want your data removed, you can submit a deletion request from Settings → Account. We aim to process all deletion requests within 30 days.
- Install the npm package for your platform (featurely-error-tracker, featurely-feature-reporter, featurely-site-manager, or featurely-i18n). Initialise it with your API key and environment slug — one line of code. The SDK then sends errors, analytics events, and feature requests directly to your Featurely project.
We separate your API calls (SDK reads, feature flags, analytics) from error reports so an unexpected error spike will never take down your public features.
If you reach your monthly API call limit, read requests continue to function gracefully with rate-limiting, and your public roadmap, feedback boards, and changelog remain 100% accessible to your users. If you reach your error tracking limit, new incoming errors are dropped until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. We will notify you well in advance as you approach 80% and 100% of your limits so there are no surprises.

Yes, you can export your data as JSON or CSV from the settings page
