Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Featurely. By creating an account or upgrading your plan, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Featurely

Featurely ("we", "us", "our") is a customer feedback and product roadmap platform operated by Featurely based in Norway. The service is accessible at featurely.no. For questions, contact us at support@featurely.no

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Featurely, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using Featurely on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Plans and Billing

Featurely offers the following plans:

• Hobby — €0/month. Includes up to 1 project, customer voting, public roadmap and changelog, and comment threads.

• Indie — €19/month. Includes everything in Hobby, 1 project, and API & SDK access (100,000 calls/month).

• Startup — €49/month. Includes everything in Indie, up to 5 projects, up to 3 team members, and 500,000 calls/month for API & SDK.

• Business — €99/month. Unlimited projects, 5 team members included, and 2,500,000 calls/month for API & SDK. Additional seats €15/month each.

Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By upgrading, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are listed in EUR and may be subject to applicable local taxes.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@featurely.no within 14 days of the charge.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Featurely to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation

• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others

• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data

• Resell or sublicense access to Featurely without our written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these rules.

7. Data and Privacy

We collect and process personal data as necessary to provide the service. Featurely runs on Vercel and uses Firebase and Neon infrastructure located in EU regions. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You retain ownership of all content and data you submit to Featurely.

8. API and SDK Access

API and SDK access is available on Indie, Startup, and Business plans. You are responsible for securing your API keys. Do not share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code. We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend API access if usage violates these Terms or places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

9. Intellectual Property

Featurely and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Featurely and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Featurely is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Featurely and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice in the application. Continued use of Featurely after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
