Pricing FAQ: clearer answers on voting and limits

We've updated our pricing FAQ so every answer matches what Pullwish does today: voting, plans, quotas, SDK packages and the free trial.

We've updated our pricing FAQ so every answer describes only what Pullwish does today. Here are the questions we get most, with the current answers.

How does voting work?

You can turn anonymous voting on or off for each project. Priority scoring weighs votes, comments, affected users and revenue, so you can decide what to build next.

Which plans include customer voting?

Every plan, including the free Hobby plan (€0/month, 1 project, 1 team member), comes with customer voting and feedback boards, a public roadmap and changelog, and comment threads with status updates.

What do the plans cost?

  • Hobby: €0/month
  • Indie: €19/month
  • Startup: €49/month
  • Business: €99/month for up to 5 seats, then €15 per extra seat

See the pricing page for what each plan includes.

What happens when I hit my API or error report limit?

API calls and error reports have separate quotas, each counted over a rolling 30-day window. You get a warning when you've used 80% of your API quota. Once it's used up, API calls are blocked until your usage drops below the limit or you upgrade. Roadmaps and boards shown through the SDK or an embed then stop loading, but your hosted project page keeps working.

Once the error report quota is used up, new errors are rejected and not stored, and you don't get a warning first. See /pricing for the limits on each plan.

How do I install the SDK?

Install the npm package for your platform: @pullwish/error-tracker, @pullwish/feature-reporter, @pullwish/site-manager or @pullwish/i18n. Then initialise it with your API key and environment slug.

Can I try a paid plan first?

New accounts get Indie free for 14 days, no card required. After the trial you move to Hobby unless you upgrade.
